At Suuven, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help! Please read the following return and refund guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for non-sale, non-customized items within 120 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- You have the original receipt or order confirmation
Please note: Final-sale and personalized/custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Free Returns for Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Just send us an email, and we’ll take care of the rest.
How to Return
Follow these easy steps to request a return:
- Email us at support@suuven.com within 120 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a brief reason for return, and photos if applicable. - Wait for our approval and return instructions.
- Ship your item using a trackable service and include your order confirmation in the package.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
Refund Details
- Refunds are made to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within a business days of receiving your return
- Original shipping charges are refunded
- Return shipping costs are not refunded (unless the item is defective)
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it
- Cancellations are not possible after your order has been processed or shipped
Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges due to sizing or color errors. Instead, we recommend:
- Canceling the order within 24 hours if it’s not yet processed
- Placing a new order for the correct item
Ineligible Returns
We do not accept returns for items that are:
- Worn, used, or washed
- Missing tags or original packaging
- Altered or damaged by the customer
- Final-sale or customized
