Payments

At Suuven, we provide a range of convenient payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Please be aware that full payment is required prior to shipment of your order.

Upon receiving your order, we conduct a standard authorization process to verify that sufficient funds are available to cover the purchase. Once your payment is successfully authorized, your card will be charged, and the payment will be considered a deposit for your ordered items. After the items are shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email, at which point the payment will be deemed final for those specific items.

Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, production will only commence once payment is confirmed.

To finalize your purchase, simply click the “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” button. This will redirect you to a secure payment processor where you can complete the transaction with either your credit card or PayPal account. All payments are processed securely via PayPal, and your credit card statement will reflect the charge under PayPal.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, whether it is PayPal or a credit/debit card.

Please be assured that your credit card details are never processed or stored on suuven.com servers, and we do not share any payment information with third parties.
