d. Good Faith Declaration:
“I believe in good faith that the use of the material described above is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its representative, or the law.”
e. Declaration of Accuracy and Authority:
“I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the intellectual property rights in question.”
f. Signature:
Include your signature (typed or electronic).
2. What Suuven Will Do
Once your claim is received, Suuven will:
- Confirm receipt of your complaint
- Review the materials in question
- Remove or disable access to the content if appropriate
- Notify the user who posted the content, if applicable
3. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe the content was removed in error or was wrongly identified, you may submit a counter-notice. Our legal team will provide instructions if needed.
