For orders within the continental United States, delivery typically takes 4 – 9 business days. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fees

• Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 05:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day.
• Delivery Time Formula: Handling Time + Transit Time
• Tracking Details: A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Personalized Orders

Customized or personalized items may require extra processing time depending on the complexity of the order. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Order Tracking

After your order confirmation, please allow 1 – 3 business days for processing. You will receive an email with your tracking link once your package is ready.

Note: Tracking updates can take 3 – 7 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. If your tracking status remains unavailable, it means the package hasn’t been scanned yet. Contact us if your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe.

• APO/FPO addresses

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information during checkout:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.
• Suuven is not responsible for items sent to wrong addresses or returned by the carrier.
• Returned orders may be disposed of by our shipping partners.
• Reshipping fees will apply for returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
• We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items if delivery instructions include forwarding or redirection.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for non-sale, non-customized items within 120 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

• Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging are intact
• You have the original receipt or order confirmation

Please note: Final-sale and personalized/custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Free Returns for Defective Items

Refund Details

• Refunds are made to your original payment method
• Refunds are processed within a business days of receiving your return
• Original shipping charges are refunded
• Return shipping costs are not refunded (unless the item is defective)

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it
• Cancellations are not possible after your order has been processed or shipped

Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges due to sizing or color errors. Instead, we recommend:

• Canceling the order within 24 hours if it’s not yet processed
• Placing a new order for the correct item

Ineligible Returns

We do not accept returns for items that are:

• Worn, used, or washed
• Missing tags or original packaging
• Altered or damaged by the customer
